   Soybean Prices Start a Little Higher as Central Brazil Remains Dry

   December corn was down 1/4 cent, November soybeans were up 5 1/2 cents and
December KC wheat was up 1 cent.

   EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn was down 1/4 cent, November
soybeans were up 5 1/2 cents and December KC wheat was up 1 cent.

   CME GLOBEX RECAP: Back from the weekend, grain traders will be keeping tabs
on the latest weather forecasts, mainly for the U.S., South America and Black
Sea region. USDA's report of weekly export inspections is set for 10 a.m. CDT
Monday, followed by the weekly Crop Progress report at 3 p.m.

   OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Friday showed the Dow Jones Industrial
Average down 410.34 at 40,345.41 and the S&P 500 Index down 94.99 at 5,408.42.
The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.71%. Early Monday, September Dow Jones
futures are up 250 points. European markets are moderately higher with the spot
futures of the London FTSE 100 trading up 0.83%, spot futures of Germany's DAX
trading up 0.84% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 0.81%. Asian
markets are lower with Japan's Nikkei 225 index down 0.48% and China's Shanghai
Composite Index down 1.06%.
